The More-Than-Human Book club is a roaming space for art and ecology discussions, existing between the living world and cultural institutions, foregrounding experiential encounter and somatic knowledge.
Rhona Eve Clews is an Artist, Ecologist and Healer and has completed residencies in Australia, USA, UK and Belgium and performed for Black Mountain College Museum and Arts Center, USA. As an MFA graduate from Slade School of Fine Art, with a Bachelors in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Photography, she regularly speaks, co-curates and teaches on the connective tissue between art, ecology, psychology and spirituality. Her practice is listening-led, with previous audiences including Chelsea College of Art, UCL Department of the Anthropocene and London Science Fiction Research Community. She’s a lively member of three art collectives and co-runs The More-Than-Human Book club at Barbican library. Alongside her art practice, Rhona works as a Healer, and Trauma and Addictions Therapist.
Dr Samantha Haylett is an Integrative psychotherapist, yoga teacher, and retreat facilitator with extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient addiction settings. Her work spans the realms of spiritual healing, depth psychology, and trauma recovery, with a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Specialising in addiction, 12-step recovery, developmental trauma, and the integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness, she guides individuals through a transformative journey of self-awareness and emotional balance.
